Who Are We?

We'd rather talk about you, but here's a little about us.

At Passion 4 People, everything starts with one belief: when you put people first, great work follows.

We built this firm on the idea that talent isn't just a transaction. It's a relationship. A match. A moment where the right person, the right role, and the right opportunity all sync into something meaningful. And, while our work spans industries, teams, and challenges, the heart of what we do is simple:

We're here to make people's lives better, at work and beyond.

Ina Rose

My Background

As a CPA at my very first job with Touche Ross (now Deloitte), I learned the importance of asking the right questions. Then at Accounting Solutions in San Francisco, I learned about creating a new way to work for the accounting/finance professional and a new way to get work done at our clients. Next was Resources Global, where I learned how to start and grow a practice on two different coasts. Lastly at Tatum, I learned about Private Equity and working with small to mid-market clients where you can really make a difference. All throughout those 25 years, I was cultivating a new way to work for the professional but the office staff didn’t really work any differently. I started P4P in 2014 to provide flexible work for recruiting and staffing professionals, as well as the accounting and finance professionals who help clients daily.

My Passions

Outside of work, I’m passionate about staying active, being outdoors, and living a meaningful life. I love running, biking, skiing, hiking with my three big dogs, waterskiing, gardening, pickleball, and anything that gets me moving. Running has been a big part of my journey, and I’m working toward completing a marathon in every state, with the goal of finishing the Abbott World Marathon Majors. I also cherish time with my husband and kids, whether we’re spending time outside together or enjoying one of my favorite things: Broadway shows.

What matters most to me is living lighter on the planet and helping others see simple, practical ways to do the same. I believe small daily actions make a difference, picking up trash, recycling, composting, reducing plastic, rescuing food, and making more thoughtful choices. I’m mission-driven in all parts of my life and try to bring that same energy into how I live outside of work: staying active, giving back, and making a positive impact where I can.

Kim Sgro

My Background

My experience spans over 20 years of professional service experience where I served publicly traded and privately held clients, including Arthur Andersen and the NY practice of RGP. Throughout that time, I have cultivated long-lasting relationships with clients and talent alike, which still exist today.

At P4P, I partner with clients to help them achieve their goals. I strive to understand their needs, map out project work plans and determine the right people to assist them. I also serve P4P in a business development capacity where I am continuously looking for client partners we can support in the best, most cost-effective and efficient way.

My Passions

I am passionate about helping others. Over a decade ago, my husband and I started a non-profit organization called Nana’s Gift. Our mission is to help underserved children in northern New Jersey celebrate the holiday season. During our first year we provided 35 children, whom were all living in a homeless shelter, holiday gifts consisting of toys, sporting goods and clothes. Each year, we have been able to expand our reach and last year we were able to support over 1,000 children. In addition to the holiday gifts we have help establish libraries, gathered winter coats, hats and mittens and provided home baked holiday cookies that children in other communities decorated.

My Passions

I love connecting outstanding people with outstanding companies. Helping individuals find the right opportunities and helping organizations build exceptional teams is what motivates me every day. Outside of work, you will usually find me doing yoga, cycling, taking long walks with our lab, Ozzie, or spending time in the kitchen cooking or baking.

I enjoy catching up with friends, but most of all, I value time with my family. Even though we are often busy, we stay connected and support one another in being our best selves. When we do get time together, we love cheering on the Knicks or Yankees, sharing a great meal, or traveling somewhere new. Giving back is also important to us, and as a family and through P4P, we support causes like Cycle for Survival and Lifetown to stay involved in our community.

Armmel Kane

My Background

My career began in audit and financial analysis with organizations including Deloitte & Touche, FINOVA Capital, and HBO/WarnerMedia, where I built a strong foundation in accounting, financial reporting and analysis. I later transitioned into consulting, recruiting, and client service with Resources Global where I supported companies with project-based consulting, talent solutions, and business transformation needs. That is where my connection to Ina Rose began more than 20 years ago, when she engaged me as a consultant on a major client project. Today, as Director of Accounting & Systems for Ina’s growing business, I support P4P’s day-to-day accounting operations and workflows.

My Passions

Over the years, my passions have the common thread of encouraging people to showcase their unique talents and skills. In my professional life, this has taken shape through my work in client service supporting Fortune 500 companies, by matching them with experienced professionals who not only meet their needs but also bring fresh perspectives to their teams. Within my community, I’ve organized school talent shows and co-chaired science fair competitions creating opportunities for students to explore their interests, take pride in their efforts, and discover more about their own passions. Personally, my husband & I love traveling near and far to cheer on our kids competing in the sports they love as well as experiencing new adventures with the family abroad hiking, skiing, or touring on a boat. I also especially enjoy walking/biking with my dog daily, who I’ve trained to run alongside me off leash.

A Tradition as Sweet as Our Team:
Jeff's Cookies
If you've met with us, you probably noticed we never show up empty handed.
This whole thing started with a cookie. A really big one. Back in the 90s, Ina brought oversized cookies to meetings and realized something pretty quickly. Cookies make people relax. People talk more. Meetings feel less like meetings. Then Jeff, her husband, said he would make them better. And cheaper.
He was right. So now he has been baking them for about 30 years.

People come for the expertise.
They stay because they feel seen.

And yes, the cookies help, haha!
