WHY PASSION 4 PEOPLE?

I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to work with Ina Rose again. Over 20 years ago, she engaged me as a consultant on a large project with a major client. That experience ultimately sparked a long and fulfilling career in consulting and client service, during which I helped international clients navigate complex global transformations. It was a challenging yet deeply rewarding chapter of my life — one that continued until I made the decision to pause and focus on being home with my children.

Throughout the years, I’ve often thought about that initial project and the strong impression Ina made. She had an unwavering commitment to both the success of her clients and the well-being of her consultants. That kind of genuine leadership stays with you. So when I saw she needed some extra help, I knew it was the perfect moment to begin my encore career — one grounded in purpose, trust, and people-first values.

WHAT ARE YOU PASSIONATE ABOUT?

Over the years, my passion projects have evolved, but the common thread has always been a deep desire to encourage people to showcase their unique talents and skills. In my professional life, this has taken shape through my work in client service, where I’ve had the privilege of supporting Fortune 500 companies by matching them with experienced professionals who not only meet their needs but also bring fresh perspectives to their teams.

That same passion for uplifting others has carried over into my community work. Within my children’s school district, I’ve enjoyed organizing talent shows and science fair competitions — creating opportunities for students to explore their interests, take pride in their efforts, and discover more about themselves and their own passions.

Outside of work, my number one priority is my family. We love spending quality time together — whether it’s traveling, attending sporting events, or playing pickleball (even if I’m usually the weakest link on the court!). These shared experiences are not only fun, but they also help us stay connected and grounded.

My commitment to the Golden Rule is at the core of everything I do: treating others as I would want to be treated. It’s a simple principle, but one I’ve found to be incredibly powerful — whether I’m mentoring someone professionally, volunteering in my community, or just being present with loved ones.
