I began my career as a Human Resources professional within the pharmaceutical industry, where I developed a strong foundation in organizational support, employee experience, and the importance of putting people first. My first role in HR included recruitment, making it a natural fit to return to a recruitment firm like Passion 4 People. My professional experience also includes expense reporting coordination and managing the operations of a sports chiropractic office, giving me a well-rounded background in business operations, client support, and relationship-driven service.
Today, as Operations Manager at Passion 4 People, I manage the back-office and day-to-day operations of P4P, helping support the organization while creating a positive experience for both clients and team members.
